Primesouth delivers integrated service solutions under long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contracts. These contracts encompass the full scope of plant operations, preventive, proactive, predictive and corrective maintenance, long-term planning, and performance optimization.

Our service contracts are structured to include:

  • Full-Scope O&M Services
    Covering daily operations, routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and emergency response for all main and auxiliary systems, including gas turbines, steam turbines, HRSGs, generators, and balance of plant equipment.
  • Major Equipment Overhauls and Life-Time Extension (LTE) Programs
    Scheduled major overhauls and lifecycle-based interventions on gas turbines, steam turbines (life-time assessments), and generators, including Rotor Casing Inspection and Evaluation (RCIE), rotor inspections, and auxiliary systems reconditioning.
  • Asset Performance Monitoring and Optimization
    Continuous monitoring and data-driven analysis to enhance plant performance, availability, and reliability. This includes condition-based maintenance planning and predictive diagnostics.
  • Inventory and Spare Parts Management
    Strategic procurement, storage, and management of critical spare parts and consumables to minimize downtime and ensure timely maintenance execution.
  • Contractual Performance Guarantees
    Agreements are backed by KPIs related to availability, reliability, and heat rate performance, ensuring minimal operational risk to the owner and transparent, predictable cost structures.
