Complete overhauls of gas turbine air intake systems, including filter housing repairs, replacement of weather hoods, ductwork restoration, upgrading of filter class (After modifications on the air-intake compressor mass flow by OEM, Primesouth upgraded the air intake system accordingly) and integrity checks to ensure optimal airflow and protection against contaminants.

• Diverter Damper Maintenance

Full servicing and refurbishment and upgrade of diverter dampers, including seal replacements, actuator overhauls, and hot gas path alignment to maintain proper exhaust flow and system safety.

• Pump Refurbishment

Precision restoration of critical API pumps such as low-pressure (LP) and high-pressure (HP) multistage feed water pumps and condensate extraction, screw type pumps. Services include dismantling, inspection, replacement of worn parts, balancing, and reassembly to OEM standards.

• Overhead and Gantry Crane Refurbishment & Recertification

Structural inspection, motor and control system upgrades, repainting, and load testing with third party to ensure safe and reliable lifting operations across the plant.

• Valves and Actuators Servicing

In house refurbishment and calibration of various types and sizes of valves, as well as hydraulic and electric actuators, ensuring responsive and leak-free operation across all process systems.

• Condenser and Coolers

New methods have been applied on online condenser leak test, improved air ejection systems, full internal inspections, modification of system to prevent hammering during shutdown and start up of the unit.

Full refurbishment of Lube oil coolers and CCW coolers internally and externally including structures, fans, motors and adding of chemicals after refurbishment to reduce oxygen and rusting of tubes internal
